Here's an interestingly designed plastic back scratcher.  Instead of the normal narrow scratcher head, the MaxScratch® back scratcher has a large head with 148 small plastic scratcher spikes. Its 18" overall length let's you easily reach anywhere you want to scratch.  The back scratcher has a simulated leather grip and includes a draw string carry pouch.  Makes a great gift, too.
