A slightly different design than our signature hardwood back scratchers, this one piece back scratcher is both effective and beautiful. Wild streaks of light and dark wood grain characterize these solid palm wood back scratchers. The dense palm wood used in these back scratchers is streaked with beautiful grain and natural color variations that make each one uniquely beautiful.
  

Features of this solid palm wood back scratcher include:

• All Exotic Wood Construction - this back scratcher is carved from a single piece of palm wood.  This dense hardwood is literally the heartwood of the palm tree and it is found in tropical climates worldwide; it is highly prized for its uniquely streaked grain and perfect for carving a high quality back scratcher.

• Sturdily Built - the back scratcher's 2" wide scratching edge is carved from natural palm wood in the shape of a right hand.  The blank is routed, finish sanded and drilled with a hole for the leather thong for easy hanging.  Finally, the entire back scratcher is finished with a protective coat of clear lacquer.

• Universal Design - the back scratcher's generous 20" length - much longer than comparable products - and 2" scratcher edge makes it possible for users of all sizes or for those with elbow or shoulder motion difficulties to conveniently reach and scratch anywhere it itches. The combination of length and the wide scratcher edge make this a very aggressive back scratcher and it can scratch on bare skin or through a shirt or blouse with ease.
